Cleaning with bacteria

How can a mix of micro-organisms replace chemical cleaning products?

Bacteria eat up the dirt

For the new technique, BioOrg carried out research in the forests.

Bacterie

"We examined various natural areas that looked beautiful, where no fine dust could be found and where a fresh scent lingered," Koen De Koster, CEO of BioOrg.

"The starting point is that a forest cleans itself"

The company made a selection of nine bacteria. When you bring these bacteria together and spray them with a fogging machine, a self-cleaning ecosystem is created. The bacteria therefore 'eat' up the dirt.

5 improvements compared to the classic cleaning method:

Since January, the new cleaning technique has been tested at the PaS, the temporary housing of the Antwerp provincial administration. And there, they are enthusiastic.

  1. There is no or less dust, even in hard-to-reach places.
  2. There are hardly any fingerprints to be found on the keyboards and screens.
  3. There is always a fresh scent.
  4. The employees suffer less from allergies.
  5. This technique is very environmentally friendly.

Inexpensive

This biological cleaning product is also good for your wallet. The staff only needs to fog, which reduces the working hours.

In addition, the result is better than with classic cleaning products. Wine stains on a carpet, for example, have completely disappeared after three days.

It is important to know that this technique cannot be combined with chemical cleaning products, because these kill the bacteria.
