Your tasks
As a planner you play a key role in our daily operations. You are the pivotal person who keeps everything on track and is responsible for efficiently scheduling our team of no fewer than 80 trainers.
- You plan and coordinate the in-company training sessions on site at our customers.
- As a true “matchmaker” between customer and trainer, you ensure the right expert is in the right place at the right time.
- You are in close contact with our trainers and steer them where needed.
- You ensure correct and efficient administrative follow-up via our innovative digital platform.

Experience is not a must for us — motivation all the more! If you have the right attitude, we are happy to teach you the technical tricks of the trade.

What are the working hours?
You choose between a 38- or 40-hour system. Your day starts at 8.30 a.m. and ends at 4.30 p.m. (38h) or 5 p.m. (40h).
What experience do I need?
No experience as a planner yet? No problem — we provide thorough on-the-job training. What matters is that you communicate smoothly and get energy from planning, organising and teamwork.
What environment will I be in?
In a close-knit team of 4 colleagues at our head office in Izegem. We work hard, but also make time for a chat or a good joke.
