The Code on well-being at work of 28 April 2017 contains all implementing decrees of the Act of 4 August 1996 on the well-being of workers in the performance of their work (except the Royal Decree of 25 January 2001 on temporary or mobile construction sites). It entered into force on 12 June 2017.
The Code consists of 10 books, further divided into titles, chapters and sections and, where necessary, subsections.
The numbering of the articles follows the structure of the code. The first (Roman) numeral refers to the book, the second (Arabic) numeral to the title; a continuous numbering per title follows after a dash.
