Save yourself lasting back complaints!

WHAT DOES THIS ERGONOMICS FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY TRAINING COVER?

One of the sectors at risk of back complaints and other physical discomforts is the food sector.

If you come home with back pain after the working day, this is a sign that your back is overloaded.

Despite the advanced robotisation, we still handle many loads purely manually. A correct working method can save both employees and the company a lot of trouble.

Through simple exercises, we learn to adopt the right working posture in order to avoid overload.

With a correct working posture, you not only avoid temporary overload but also back complaints later in life!
