As a prevention adviser or production manager, you undoubtedly have colleagues who, for their task and function, drive mobile work equipment.

To ensure the quality and uniformity of your training, collaboration with an experienced training centre is recommended. What our role specifically entails depends entirely on your expectations.
Following a train the trainer training does not mean that you may issue your own certificates yourself!
- You must be able to legally prove that the employees received adequate training
- This means presenting developed course material: PowerPoint presentation, tests, administration and evaluation system
- Via a licence, this can be organised under the supervision of Normec Praxis

Machine training
- Training per cluster of similar machines (logistics, working at height, lifting or earthmoving)
- Following the full training from A to Z like ordinary participants
- A day of training comprises 30% theory and 70% applied practice
- Content geared to the function and tasks to be performed
Mentor: coaching and training
- Explanation of how to give training using practical examples
- Trial lesson by candidate trainers before a jury for theory + practice
- Developing practical exercises tailored to the client's site (setting out a course, selecting exercises based on the participants' level)

- Self-propelled mobile work equipment may only be operated by workers who have received adequate training for the safe operation of this work equipment (Code, book IV, title 3)
- Any workstation where work equipment is used, or where motor vehicles, cranes, overhead cranes or lifting devices of any kind are operated, is considered a safety function (Code, book I, title 4)

May I issue certificates myself?
